Murder #152, Marlon Campbell, Bellingham.....Marlon Campbell, 23, was shot in the head in Bellingham on June 16, 2012. Dwayne James Fulgence, 28, was charged with murder. The court heard Fulgence intended to shoot another person when Campbell tried to intervene by standing in front of the target. In his defence Fulgence claimed the gun went off accidentally. Fulgence was convicted of murder. He was jailed for life with a minimum of 35 years.
