Murder #96, William Saunderson-Smith, Shepherds Bush......William Saunderson-Smith, 58, was beaten to death at his home in Shepherds Bush. The victim was found dead in the attic bedroom on October 21, 2011. A postmortem examination revealed he had died from head injuries caused by up to nine blows with a blunt instrument. Police recovered more than £225,000 at the property and three men were arrested for the murder. All three men were convicted of murder and jailed for life.
