Murder #85, Maymoun Zarzour, Finsbury Park......Maymoun Zarzour, 39, a blind Imam, was found dead in his mosque office in Finsbury Park on September 2, 2011. Police charged Hamza Boutouil, 24, with murder. Boutouil had battered the victim and strangled him with an ornamental cord. Boutouil was found not guilty by reason of insanity. He was detained indefinitely under the Mental Health Act.
