Murder #141, O’Neill Irwin, Walthamstow.......O'Neil Irwin, 36, was stabbed to death in Walthamstow on May 21, 2012. Irwin collapsed shortly after flagging down officers on patrol in Ulverston Road. Irwin died at the scene despite the efforts of the police and paramedics. A postmortem gave the cause of death as a stab wound to the heart. Reardon Emanuel, 20, was charged with murder. Emanuel was convicted of murder and jailed for life with a minimum of 25 years before parole.
