Frederik Anseel

Frederik Anseel, Professor of Organizational Behavior & Vice Dean of Research at King’s College Business School. Frederik Anseel is Professor of Organisational Behaviour. Previously, he was Department Chair at Ghent University (Belgium) and held visiting positions at ESSEC Business School (France), Bocconi University (Italy) and University of Groningen (The Netherlands). Frederik Anseel currently serves as the President of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology.
Apart from his work in academia, he has several years of industry experience by founding and managing two consulting firms, including one university spin-off. Through keynotes, executive coaching and consultancy, he has contributed to leadership development and performance management initiatives in a variety of industries such as banking, healthcare, consulting, government, energy management and manufacturing. His consulting clients include, among others KBC, BNP Paribas, Deloitte, KPMG, Gallup, Econocom, Engie, Pilips, Volvo.
