Murder of Daniel Famakinwa
Daniel Famakinwa, 20, was shot dead in West Norwood in the early hours of Saturday, August 6, 2011. He was attacked while waiting for a bus in Waylett Place at around 4am after leaving a local snooker club with his friends. Police were called to the scene at the junction with Norwood Road shortly before 4.15pm. Daniel, who lived in Halley road, Manor Park, east London, had suffered a gunshot wound to the groin and died in hospital at 5.33am.
